- Because , everyone believe that the centre of the earth was very hot so if they go there , they might never come back .

- It was an extinct volcano that hadn't erupted since 1229 , It was a mountain which was about 2000 metres high , It had many craters but only one which the shadow of scartaris touches before July leads to the centre of the earth .
